Refund Policy

All products provided on herbs.halepule.com are non-refundable. However we know that sometimes damage or loss can happen while in transport or you may have received the wrong item. This is never our hope, yet sometimes it happens. 

In the case that your shipment arrived and you received either the wrong product(s) or the product(s) has been damaged please contact herbs@halepule.com within three days of receipt. We will then determine whether a return or replacement is required. 

If the product(s) you require is unavailable due to inventory levels you will be issued a store credit for a future purchase. If the product was damaged, a replacement will be sent immediately. You are not responsible for returning the damaged product(s). 

At this time we are not able to process and handle international returns. We only accept returns from the continental USA. A return shipping label will be provided.
