Refund Policy
All products provided on herbs.halepule.com are non-refundable. However we know that sometimes damage or loss can happen while in transport or you may have received the wrong item. This is never our hope, yet sometimes it happens.
In the case you received either the wrong product(s) or the product(s) has been damaged please contact herbs@halepule.com within three days of receipt. We will determine whether a return or replacement is required. We accept returns from the continental USA only. A return shipping label will be provided. We are not able to process and handle international returns.
If a product was damaged, a replacement will be sent immediately. You are not responsible for returning damaged product(s).
If the product(s) you require is out of stock you will be issued a store credit for a future purchase.
